1. About these terms
These terms cover the use of this website only. The site is published by U2 AI Studio Teknoloji A.S. under the U2 AI Games brand and exists to explain who we are, how we work and how to reach us. By browsing the site or sending us a message through it, you accept the terms set out here. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What U2 AI Games is, and what it is not
U2 AI Games is a game studio in the development stage. We have not published a game, we hold no store listing, no age rating, no award and no player base, and nothing on this site should be read as one. Descriptions of genres, technology, working methods and design principles describe our intent and our current practice; they are not commitments to a specific title, feature, platform or release date. Plans described here may change as projects develop.
3. Child users and parental responsibility
This website is written for adults: parents, teachers, training managers and partners. Children should use any product we eventually release under the supervision of a parent or legal representative, and decisions about what a child plays, for how long, and whether any payment is made belong to that adult. Under Turkish civil law a minor cannot take on an obligation without their legal representative's consent, and we design paid transactions in titles a child may play to sit behind parental approval. Nothing here removes or replaces parental responsibility.
4. No outcome guarantee and no professional advice
Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a learning result, a behavioural change, a performance improvement or a business outcome. References to research on game based learning describe a general literature, not a claim about our work. Legal, regulatory, tax and educational matters mentioned on the site are described in plain language for context only and are not legal, financial or pedagogical advice; take your own advice before acting.
5. Intellectual property and brand use
The U2 AI Games name, the U2 AI Studio marks, the site design, texts, illustrations and other materials belong to U2 AI Studio Teknoloji A.S. or to their respective owners and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission. Third party names appearing on the site, including engines, stores and standards bodies, belong to their owners and are mentioned for description only; their appearance implies no partnership, membership, approval or endorsement in either direction.
6. Ideas, pitches and submissions
We welcome briefs and conversations, but we cannot accept unsolicited game concepts, designs, artwork or code in confidence. Material sent to us without a signed agreement is treated as non confidential, and we may already be working on something similar without any connection to your submission. Sending us material creates no obligation, no partnership and no claim to compensation. If you want a confidential conversation, ask us first and we will set one up properly.
7. Forms, data and links to other sites
If you contact us through a form or by email, we use what you send only to answer you and to manage the enquiry, and we handle it under Turkish data protection law. Please do not send us sensitive personal data, and please do not submit a form on behalf of a child. The site may link to third party pages; we do not control their content or their data practices, and following such a link is at your own discretion.
8. Availability, changes, governing law and contact
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site at any time, and we may update these terms; the version published here is the one that applies. To the extent permitted by law we accept no liability for indirect loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its general information.
